Down On The Range With Bob


Hi, I'm Bob and I have been a shooting enthusiast since I was six years old when my uncle allowed me shoot a German Luger that he brought back from the war.  My interest continued to grow and has been a great source of enjoyment throughout my life.  

In recent years, I have re-discovered the .22.  This is a caliber to which everyone can relate.  Considering the popularity of the Ruger 10-22 and so many others of this type and also bolt action rifles, .22 plinking and target shooting is making a big comeback.

The reason for this website is to provide a message forum to share questions, answers and comments so that we all might become better shooters.  Topics might include, our favorite rifles, equipment such as scopes, types of ammunition & personal experiences on the range.  All comments are welcomed, but keep in mind that we may have youngsters reading, so let's keep it clean.  All comments are of course, the opinions of the writers and not a personal endorsement.
